In 1920 Bernard Leach returned from Japan with Hamada Shoji and established the Leach Pottery in St. Ives, Cornwall.

 

The Leach pottery was a magnet for many young potters who wanted to develop their skills under the influence of the master.

Leach Pottery, St. Ives - re-opened  after major restoration

 

The Leach Pottery in St. Ives was reopened after a major restoration project in March 2008.
