The latest Oakwood Gallery exhibition which runs until April 2nd features a wonderful selection of stoneware pots by Mark Griffiths and Peter Swanson. Between the two of them, Mark and Peter have over 50 years experience and both are highly skilled potters.

Mark produces salt glazed pots from his wood fired kiln near Ludlow in Shropshire and Peter's ash glazed work is made at his workshop in Rosudgeon near Penzance. The creamy ash glaze featured on Peter's pots in this exhibition is made from Japanese Knotweed, the aggressive invasive plant that is the scourge of many gardeners.
