A good number of people attended the preview of Oakwood Ceramics' latest exhibition. Mike Dodd is one Britain's most respected traditional potters and it was good to see a selection of around 60 pots including some salt glazed work fired over at Marcus Mahoney's pottery in Ireland.

Refreshments as usual were excellent, especially the mulled wine and mince pices, just the thing for a cold November morning.
