Shoji Hamada - Master Potter was produced
to accompany the exhibition of the same name held at the Ditchling
Museum in Spring 1998. This event was part of a cultural exchange
at the time with work from the Ditchling community forming the
centrepiece of an exhibition entitled The English Arts and
Crafts Movement and Hamada Shoji which toured Japan.
The following writings accompany a wonderful
set of colour photographs of Hamada's work.
