A major retrospective exhibition of the work of Bernard Leach was
held at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London in 1978. In 1980
the exhibition toured Japan visting Osaka, Tokyo, Kurashike, Nagoya
and Kitakyushu.
This beautifully illustrated book printed on high quality glossy
paper was produced by the sponsors of the exhibition, The Ohara
Museum of Art and the Asahi Shimbun.
