Tantalising glimpse into the kiln, will it be a good firing?

The kiln opening was part of the Easter weekend celebrations at the Leach Pottery when two exhibitions also opened: Janet Leach : Her Life and Work and The Flower Show.

Lead potter Jack Doherty unpacked the kiln and the other potters - Jacob Bodilly, Kat Livsey and Midiro Endowere on hand to help clean off the pots hot from the kiln in front of a crowd of visitors.
